I have over 10 years of experience providing psychiatric care to patients ages 18-64. I began my career in healthcare as a Registered Nurse working in outpatient settings. I am committed to my patients and have a passion for delivering personalized and quality health care. I am fluent in English and Tagalog and can provide care in both languages. After a 40 minute interview in zoom, in which I described my numerous previous bad reactions to certain meds, I was prescribed a 4 day half dose regimen of Seroquel . On the first night, I had a bad experience. I felt the following: 1) Slurred Speech 2) Heavy grogginess 3) Disorientation 4) Panic (similar to the onset of a Panic attack). 5) Lack of muscle control I am concerned about my diagnosis because after taking this prescribed pill, I feel worse than before, and my sleep pattern was the same.  I canceled my appt with the nurse practioner.

This individual's front office workers were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They made snide and caddy commentary about myself and other patients at the front. NP Diya himself was alright, but his other team members were awful and for that I would not go back.
