The sessions are quick and there is very little to not wait to be seen. The staff is cordial and caring. They enjoy their work and are invested in the patients improving their mental health.
Every time I come in I'm greeted with big smiles of lots of kindness. Staff are caring & professional & go above & beyond to make sure I'm comfortable. Dr. Wameithi really makes sure to listen to help me feel heard.

Loise was incredibly thorough and listened to my concerns. She showed professional empathy at the right moments and had suggestions on how to approach treating my depression that had never been presented to me before. I truly felt like I was handed hope for the first time in a very long time. I left the appointment feeling positive about working with Loise on my care and would 100% recommend her practice to friends and family. She is friendly and it has her patients best interests at heart.

I'm going through literally a life crisis right now, with the divorce, a daughter with special needs and a loss of hmm job, back-to-back layoffs. Looking at losing everything and on top of all of this for the last 3 years, I've been on the same medications but my recent psychiatrist. Who I only saw because he could get me in right away with only 4 years experience. He cut me off as I truly think he just didn't want to deal with somebody with a complex situation. He just wanted rx meds and not be bothered in between appointments. I have been on the same meds since this all started( divorce, daughter born w spina bifida, Garnished wages, new car hit and run by semi, then randomly shot at coming home from work with bullet still in back and car windows, etc destroyed. She didn't even give me a chance to show her my meds and tell her my diagnoses, but just sent me away. She would rather I have a seizure, or take something laced. I will be in less then 2 weeks till I'm on deaths door.
