My visit with Simone was great. She was right on time, very friendly and very clear about her directions. Her staff is excellent and very polite. I am so happy that I found Simone and this practice. As someone who hasn’t been prioritizing my own personal health over the last few years, I was slightly nervous to start with a new provider, but she made me immediately feel at ease. She listened and really got to know me. I would say a majority of the visit was just her listening and asking all the right questions to really truly understand who I am and what I needed. By the time I left the appointment, I had a plan for everything that I went in with, and I also was truly impressed with her compassion, caring, authenticity, and collaboration with me as her patient. You will not be disappointed. She’s not only made me feel at ease, but she also made me feel seen and heard, which is uncommon as a woman in the Medical system. She immediately addressed something that I had been trying to get taken seriously for over 10 years. I’m so happy that I found her and I look forward to many years of our relationship to come. Simone was amazing! I am new to Massachusetts and have been looking for primary care for a while and I can say I finally found my person! The office is within a wellness center so you get a peaceful and harmonious feeling when you walk in. There was no wait when I got there and Simone was ready to greet me with a smile.
