I love Dr. Silverfield, he was recommended to me by a family member. I am so glad I found him. He really takes the time to listen to you. He takes great notes and makes sure he goes over everything. He is very friendly and polite. A Great doctor, I wish there were more like him.

It's great to be seen by a seen by an old style professional Doctor. I was very impressed by Dr Silverfield and would recommend him to everyone I know. As I say he was old and a credit to his profession. Bay Care should be proud to have him as one of your providers. Also his medical assistant, sorry I don't remember the name, was top of the line. I as well as my Daughter are very happy to have Dr. Silverfield as my primary care physician

This was my first visit with Dr. Silverfield and because I had a referral through the same health system, I’d booked as an existing patient — and then was told the visit would probably be quick since it was booked incorrectly — but instead, Dr. Silverfield took his time going through all of my symptoms, talking about the blood work my PCP had done, and did a full exam. He spent almost an hour with me and it probably set back other appointments. I really appreciated how much he cared and didn’t rush me out and am looking forward to seeing what my potential treatment options are at my next appointment with him.

Did not listen. Tried to pawn me off on other doctors. Refused to look at radiology I had done. Told me he was too old and too experienced for me to run a game on him. I was very calmly and succinctly trying to convey my symptoms and recent related events. He told me if I wanted help I should go to medical school myself. What? How incredibly rude. I was treated with shortness, disdain and disrespect. As I do with every doctor I write talking points and notes to make the encounter short and too the point. He told me to stop and be quiet that I was talking in circles. Robin at the check-in desk made numerous mistakes and was also rude and condescending. I came in there feeling very unwell and it had been 7 months since I'd seen him due to insurance and had been to the hospital in between. He didn't care. Extremely disappointed. Thank you for making me cry Dr. Silverfield and taking away all hope.

Dr. Silverfield has a well-run professional office with a friendly, caring staff. Dr. Silverfield is the best diagnostician, always putting all the puzzle pieces together to arriving at the perfect treatment. There is no one better in my book!
