“This was my first visit with Dr. Rodway so it was a diagnostic appointment. Dr. Rodway is clearly very competent but I would have appreciated a little more conversion with him. I filled out the new patient questionnaire but we never discussed it. But I was quickly scheduled for an MRI and I look forward to the next visit.”

This was a surgery follow up. The team ( nurse, PA and MD were very accessible, seeing me every week for the first month since I was having residual pain and problems. They were very reassuring and prescribed new RXs to address the issues. Julie and Dr. Rodway took my calls and emails on New Year’s Day as well! Although I had some initial difficulties in the first month, the team told me it was not unexpected and they could not have been MORE supportive and effective in handling all of it! Thanks to all of you. !

Visit went as expected.
Verified patient
Of course, you see the Nurse Practitioner for a longer period of time than the Dr., but that's pretty normal these days. When she was talking about possible treatment options that may be recommended, she didn't seem to happy when I wasn't in agreement with some of them. Answering ALL of those questions online before the appointment doesn't do any good. I was told that the systems aren't compatible so the nurse that checked me in once back in the room had to ask the same questions again. Sitting there in pain and having to do that again just wasn't very pleasant. However, all of the staff was very friendly and pleasant. Would recommend Dr. Rodway to others.
The doctor carefully analized my past record and carefully checked beyond the area and after eray suggested I see a hip doctor whic proved to be the major personal problem. Swa the hip doctor and received treatment.
Verified patient

Extremely receptive to me and my issues. More than willing to spend time with me discussing and analyzing my health concerns. He was able to provide his diagnosis and recommended I see another Beacon doc to specifically address my issue. Felt as though he really listened and was sincerely interested in helping me come to resolution.

I had some difficulties with the reservation being cancelled due to an "automatic reply" from computer due to my "out of office message. However we greeted and managed professionally and quickly. The Physians Assistant that met with my wife and me, was super attentive, explained my spinal issues in detail along with possible next steps. He was great. Dr Rodway was on time, professional and helpful.
