Was 10 min late looking for parking and the receptionist said no problem and was very helping me find the garage. However, the doctor then asked them to call me back and said she wouldn’t see me because she was too busy. I canceled work to have a appointment that day and was trying to communicate effectively. It was clear the doctor has no flexibility or sympathy for the schedule of new patients.

My experience was good. I definitely felt like she listened to me. She was attentive to my concerns and I’m happy that I ended up choosing her as my provider I did not feel rushed, and I felt like she was very attentive during the appointment.

I genuinely felt that my needs were not just acknowledged but truly understood. The staff, including the nurse and doctor, were absolutely wonderful! My doctor took the time to address all of my concerns proactively, conducting thorough blood work, a breast exam, and a gynecological check-up. Dr Jain was a breath of fresh air! She came in introduced herself and put her hand out for a shake. I have not had a PCP that actively listens and wants to do the best to help you while also seeing you as another human not just the best patient. She is now my go to PCP! The office was clean and calm and offers plenty of services.
