John Waters is an excellent provider. Actively listens to concerns, is patient and answers all questions, explains his thoughts and recommended approach, acts promptly on submitting orders and referrals, and is overall personable and engaging.
The staff are responsive and friendly, explain forms and check you in quickly, and reach out for follow-up when needed.

Dr. Waters was very friendly, answered every question, and quickly ordered my vaccine. It was accident as I thought I had booked visit with Dr. for travel vaccines. He helped me get the answers I couldn’t find online, and helped me get set up for my trip. May use him as my PCP.
