“Dr. Patel was fantastic! He and his staff were super friendly and very helpful. My appointment was for allergy testing, and the whole experience was smooth and efficient. I got there before my appointment time so expected to be in the waiting room for a bit, but I don’t think I even waited 5 minutes before my name was called.The office did a great job of explaining the copay and the cost breakdown of the different tests/treatments based on your insurance. They answered all my questions and sent my prescription over right away. The text confirmations and reminders before the appointment were helpful, and the check-in process both online and in the office was straightforward and quick, as well. The office is really nice and was easy for me to locate, with lots of available parking in the surrounding shopping center area. I would definitely recommend Dr. Patel and his team to others and look forward to going back if I need to in the future.”
