“The doctor was good. Definitely well aware of the tests that he could run. Gave suggestions on other doctors about other symptoms I was having. Parent was on FaceTime and talked as if she was there and talked with her. Ran the tests she wanted and I wanted.
The receptionist(s) weren’t that well versed in insurance. Before my appointment I made sure they were in network. Had to called my insurance twice and had to put them on speaker for them to explain that they where in network. And the receptionist(s) still argued with them. Make sure your insurance documents that the office is saying they aren’t in network and will handle it if there is some sort of change…. I was in network.
ADVICE, if you check and they are in network and the receptionist explains that they aren’t, call your insurance and have explain that they are.”

William Boleman, M.D., received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of South Carolina on a scholarship from the United States Air Force. Following graduation, he completed a residency in Pediatrics at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, MS. He spent five years practicing general pediatrics in the Air Force prior to completing his fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, TX. He then spent 11 years practicing Allergy at Keesler Medical Center in Biloxi before retiring as a Colonel from the Air Force. During this period, he served as the Chief of Allergy, Immunology, and Immunizations. A passionate educator, Dr. Boleman was on the teaching staff for the Internal Medicine Residency Program and served as Residency Director for Pediatrics for two years prior to the program's dissolution following Hurricane Katrina.
Dr. Boleman cares for both children and adults with asthma, allergic diseases, and immunodeficiency. He has a special interest in allergy immunotherapy, food allergies, and asthma, and has published and presented on these topics at the local and national levels. He is a member of the Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. During his fellowship, he and his classmate from Wilford Hall won first place in the annual FIT Bowl (Quiz Bowl) at the ACAAI annual meeting, beating out teams from fellowship programs across the United States.
In his spare time, Dr. Boleman enjoys working out, triathlons, and traveling. He plays the piano and keyboard and loves many genres of music, especially classic rock and country. A big fan of live music, he can often be found at local concerts.

Although I completely understand with all the pertinent questions asked by the triage nurse and by Dr. Boleman, that I was most likely not at the specialist office that I needed, but he did not examine me. I went because of a rash. He acted afraid to get close to me! Did he fear I had something contagious? or fungal? I took my glasses off so he could see the rash on my eyelid and he still didn't come closer than 2.5'! I felt like he should have asked the staff to either not charge me, or to reduce the fee from a 1st time evaluation charge. He did nothing! I understand that the office took time to enter everything in the computer to set up a file, but he did NOTHING to get paid for. I'm grateful for insurance, but unnecessary charges are why premiums are so high. Very disappointed
