Prior to joining LifeStance Health, she worked as a Clinical Coordinator and bilingual therapist at an alternative school. Adiana has a strong understanding of how mental health issues can affect individuals. She has experience helping individuals and families with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, school concerns, divorce, self-injury and suicidal ideations, anger management, and self-esteem. She also works with couples to address conflict, parenting, infidelity, communication, and other challenges affecting their relationships. Passionate about helping people heal from the inside out, Adiana values collaboration and communication in fostering a therapeutic relationship. She believes each client requires personalized care.
