You don't see the Dr that is listed on the website, I've been waiting for my results since the 17th everytime I call they put me on hold and no one knows or have clue what I am talking about still never gotten my results yet never going back there.

I was kind of nervous to go to this doctor appointment that I booked through zocdoc. I wasn’t sure they could help me, but I had a lovely experience! As a new patient I was really hesitant about seeing a new provider and new office. I was pleasantly greeted by the front desk staff, my nurse was able to make me comfortable enough to do a blood draw on me and only 1 poke , which never happened before. ?? Alexa my Dr. was very personable, she showed concern for my concerns and was able to provide me with referrals for other services. I am extremely happy to have found them. Thank you Epic Ferndale Staff again!
