“I am a regular patient of this clinic and this provider and needed an extra appointment for migraine medicine refills. I made the appointment with my regular provider who is covered under my insurance even though ZocDoc said my insurance as not accepted. I made the appointment on Friday for a Monday morning appointment (first of the day in the office). I got a text at 5am confirming the time. I got there 5 minutes early as the door was being unlocked and the receptionist said I was not down for an appointment, and in fact another patient had an 8am appointment. Thankfully the medical assistant who I always see when I come recognized me and they were able to fit me in. ZocDoc blew the scheduling component badly, but Eric is a great provider and the people at the clinic care about their patients.”

The facility was clean, the staff was very friendly, quick and responsive to my needs. Would definitely choose EPIC health, again!!
