“Clean and professional environment, I was impressed by how many services were available in one building. The doctor was very engaged in listening to my concerns and providing necessary referrals. Minimal wait time with appointment, not sure about wait time without. Front desk, nurse, and doctor were all kind, welcoming, and made me feel at ease in a medical setting. Plus a nurse that can get a blood draw on the first poke is always a bonus! ”

Please do not come here. I had an appointment set at 5:40pm I got there on time. The person as the front desk wasn’t helpful at all. I talk to the office the day before and was told I was all set for my appointment and they could help me set them as my primary doctor office I get there. The woman at the front desk went back-and-forth with me about it. I explain to her. I’ve been in pain for two weeks. I need to see the doctor. That’s why I made this appointment. 10 minutes of me, trying to explain to them about the phone call. The doctors didn’t tell me we’re not seeing him. It’s too late. It refused me any type of treatment even though I was on time like I was supposed to be, please don’t come here terrible experience!!!!!!! no compassion or no concern for anybody’s well-being!!

I honestly just felt super unheard and uncared for. I told them my problem and they didn’t ask any follow up questions, barely looked at me, and said what “probably” was the issue. I really don’t go to the doctor unless I really feel like I need to, so I just wish it was more personal and that they could seem as if they actually cared about me and what was going on.

My appointment was made through zocdoc to an doctor that does not work at this practice. I was making an appointment with a dermatologist (provided through zocdoc) and this was not a dermatologist or dermatologist office. Once I arrive at the appointment, they had my information but only then was I told that the doctor does not work there/it was not a dermatologist office. Needless to say, it was a very frustrating experience.
