Let's see i booked though this app which is where I'm guessing everything went wrong. The doctors and staff were amazing trying to figure out the whole mess still frustrating but no fault to them it was all this apps fault I would not reuse nor recommend to anyone

I had an appointment with Kelly Doherty APRN, RN. I was seen as soon as I arrived, my vitals were taken immediately and the practitioner followed. Ms. Doherty asked all the right questions to help me articulate my concern and offered a variety of care options. She admitted to not knowing a drug interaction and quickly got the answer for me. My prescription was called in as I was sitting there and then we went over the bullet points of my visit. I never felt embarrassed or rushed.

Great experience. My wife and I have seen Kelly at a different provider and followed her to Epic Health. Listening to everything that we bring up, thoughtful, willing to answer even just general medical questions.
Fantastic with no complaints.

This was such an incredible experience, I have yet to fine a doctor who listened and understood my concerns and issues. The nurse I had was so sweet and kind, she explained what everything was for and why they were testing for certain things.

The exam room was dirty. There is dust in the ceiling and floor vent. The wall had a large gash. The floors had dust and debris on them and sections of the floor you could see gaps between the vinyl and and floorboards. Your sharps container is not mounted or secure.
I work in Accreditation, so I know that these are issues with CMS and TJC. Just something to be on the lookout for. It won’t stop me from visiting since I LOVE my NP and the staff is very lovely.

The doctor was thorough, and explained things to me clearly. I was confused about parts of the appointment as I requested one, but got something a little different since I was new. She took her time, and make me comfortable.

First doctor I’ve seen in my 5 years in Michigan that I felt wanted to actually help and not just prescribe me 5+ medications.
All of the nurses and staff were also very kind and informative.

Terrible experience. I am in chronic pain on a non addictive nerve pain killer called gabopentin and the doctor refused to raise my dose after talking to me condecendingly. This woman was a complete Karen and wanted to make extra money sending me to more pain management so they could get their referal bonus. Wanted to waste my time and they ran a bunch of unnecessary tests. The woman talked to me as though I was a child and my input in my treatment meant NOTHING

I followed NP Kelly from a different practice. She’s super nice and thorough. She makes sure to open the floor for any questions you have in every appointment. This was my first visit at EPIC and I love that the office does online booking and has an app for your patient portal. Everyone on the staff at EPIC that I met with was kind and patient.
