“Nicole was amazing! She actually listened to my concerns, she explained everything I was having issues with to me. She was very easy to talk to, my anxiety left right after I started talking to her about my medical issues. She came up with a plan right away and got started treating me. She already has multiple test planned and this was my first visit. Her staff was really friendly. The girl that took my vitals and blood was great! She was really nice. Thank you for a great first impression. ”

I got to my appt just to find out that the dr I scheduled with was not in and the office failed to call to me to cancel the appt. I was then told that I would be treated as a walk in and have to wait my turn. And since I was the last to enter as a “walk in” I would be last to be seen. Even though I had a scheduled appt that the Epic facility never canceled because the dr didn’t show up. To sum things up I was not seen today and was forced to schedule a future appt at a different location. I got off work early to come to this appt. So my time and my money was wasted today and I’m not ok with that.

Nicole is fantastic. I started seeing her after being less than satisfied with my previous PCP. My first time seeing Nicole she listened and was able to help me address some concerns I had right away. I travel from pretty far away to see her. She is thorough, non-judgemental, prompt, kind, and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend her to any of my friends and family and will happily continue traveling to see her!
