What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a strength-based therapist that works to empower her clients. I provide clients with a safe, non-judgmental space where they can more deeply examine their inner feelings and find ways to overcome life’s challenges.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am mindful of each client’s unique and individual experience in and outside of therapy, and I hold compassion for the many road blocks clients may face. When working with clients, I bring in my humor and perspective to help challenge and guide clients towards their goals.
