I earned my Master’s in Psychology from California State University, Chico, which has deepened my understanding and ability to support others effectively. If the role I play in another person's life helps to increase their quality of life, even if just a little, that's progress.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I enjoy working with, and supporting, trauma survivors, gay, lesbian, and bisexual individuals, transitional age youth, and elderly.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe the therapeutic relationship is the key to creating a supportive and welcoming environment. Having a trusting relationship increases a client's potential toward positive growth and healthy change(s) within one's own life. It is an honor to be part of this process, and to witness it unfold.
