I meet my individuals where they are in their treatment journey and present with unconditional positive regard to foster therapeutic rapport/alliance.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Although this is a collaborative experience, change requires work/practice/mastery and I will be there throughout this journey as one of your biggest cheerleaders, but the amount of work accomplished determines how your goals are achieved in this process.
