Unfortuently i had to find a new pcp due to insurance change. I had my previous p for over 20 yrs so this was difficult. I dont think ive been to this type of practice ever, outdated and just not what i have ever had to be nice. Staff was friendly until i had the pcp. She had a flat affect didnt seem welcoming and didnt touch all my topics. Forgot my bloodwork to be ordered and the im trying to conceieve and already started the fertility consults and she mentions bperimenapause. I felt like my life was over at that point. I have never felt so horrible by a person. Will never return since i have been in the medical field for over 20 yrs and this was a very insensitive appointment. I will complain to my insurance as well.

Dr. Karina was so lovely! She took her time in getting to know me and listening to my slew of concerns since I haven’t had health insurance for a few years! She immediately booked labs and sent me referrals to other doctors I need to go to. Super excited to be working with her!

Easy check-in, I felt Dr. Castro was attentive and sympathetic, and wanted to help me. She was able to set me up with a social worker the same day, as well as labs. It was a very thorough appointment.
Place is mostly Spanish speaking and has booklets and information on avoiding ICE. Just seemed like there was a lot of hope and good juju in there.

I was really nervous about going to the doctor. It is my biggest worry each visit. I felt really comfortable in this space. Karina and her team did their best to make me feel good and treat me well. I will be returning.
