“I would highly recommend Dr. Passi
She listened to my concerns, and made recommendations for next steps. The last gastro doctor in Oxon Hill Maryland was in a rush and only recommended surgery as an option. Dr .Passi stated my symptoms does not sound like I need surgery .

I waited a whole hour to be seen. Never received any proactive communication about the wait. When I told them that I had to leave because I waited for an hour, they didn’t even apologize. I wasted 3 hours of my morning and no remorse on their side. Never going there again. Not sure how a provider can run an hour behind at 9 AM. The office only opened an hour before.

On the day of my appointment and after I called off for work, the office called me to say the doctor had another engagement that conflicted with the appointment time her office accepted. They then attempted to give me another doctor's NP to see at a different, which I declined.

Dr Passi is excellent. Professional and caring. Gave me everything I needed and listened intently to my concerns. Their office is quite busy so I waited a little over a half hour to see her, and she was very apologetic.

Very friendly and inviting staff! I would highly recommend to those who get more nervous around doctor's visits because they make sure you're doing well. Also, Dr. Passi was very sweet and understanding. Really great communicator and helped me understand what treatments I may need. Overall, great experience!
