Dr. Elliot was really good at explaining what was wrong with me. The appointment did not feel rushed. He took his time to make sure I understood everything. He didn’t rush me into making a decision to get a shot (which I ended up getting) he could tell I was scared. The shot ended up not hurting as much as I thought it would. I left feeling a lot better!

The provider was great and did a thorough examination of my shoulder including x-rays and evaluation of the root cause with different movements and tests. The provider was awesome.
The one knock on the place is the wait time. I booked a 11:45 appointment, arrived 10 mins early, and still had to provide my insurance information and identification despite both the hospital group and office asking for this information electronically in surveys before my visit. additionally I was not called into see the provider until 12:30 or 45 mins after my appointment slot. While this may have been normal years ago, I haven't been to a zoo doc appointment where I've waited this long at an office.
