I scheduled my visit a week in advance. There was no record of my appointment found when I arrived and the doctor was at another location. I had to re-register to be squeezed in to see the physician’s aid an hour later. A second visitor came after me for the same doctor and found he was not in.
I appreciate that the staff handled the situation as best they could, but for their sake as well as the patients’, there must be marked improvements in the area of scheduling appointments.
