I earned my Bachelor’s in Social Work from Ferrum College and my Master of Social Work from Radford University. My clinical experience began as an In-Home Therapist, focusing on healing family relationships for adolescents and their families. I have worked in various clinical settings, including therapeutic day treatment and crisis stabilization, before transitioning to outpatient therapy. I specialize in trauma-informed care and believe therapy is about more than just overcoming challenges, it’s about growing stronger and thriving through them. I create a non-judgmental and supportive environment where clients can develop self-awareness and self-regulation, fostering healthier relationships and more fulfilling lives. Though I was born and raised in Virginia, I am excited to serve residents in Texas. Coming from a family of mental health professionals, I deeply value this work.
