“This was my first visit and i had no problem what so ever. Front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful walked me through with completing my paperwork. I didn't have to wait to long to see the doctor neither even tho it's a very busy practice it seems as there were a lot of people waited in the office. Dr. Grossman was very courteous, professional and sounded very experienced and knowledgeable. She addressed my issue and i was on my way out pretty fast. My next follow up appointment in a month will see! So far so good i have no complaints about any part of my visit.”

I had a great experience with Dr. Lauren Grossman. She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. She took the time to listen to my concerns about my hand and explained everything clearly. Although she is young, she is very confident and skilled. I felt I was in excellent hands. Highly recommend! Of course, endless thanks also to the front desk staff, the doctor's assistant, and the gentleman who took the x-ray.

Assistant wasn’t very nice
They did not have access to my most recent X-ray because they have changed their systems- which is lame because they could get it by email, it was done by Northwell too. And she lied about it at first- said she looked at my X-ray, and when I asked her how many images were taken she said oh I actually couldn’t view it. Ridiculous.

The doctor is super friendly. Very knowledgeable and professional. She is not quick to give a course of treatment. We spoke about my lifestyle and work demands and came to an agreed upon course of treatment that would address the issues and be sustainable. I think that is important as most times people leave an office with the intention to carry out a treatment plan, but cannot fit it into their schedules.

The entire office was unusually friendly, professional and efficient from the receptionists to the nurse to the X-ray technician to the surgeon and to the surgery scheduler who promptly followed up. Dr. Grossman listened and explained well without rushing through. She displayed confidence and appeared to enjoy what she does. I scheduled surgery with her for 2 weeks out. The entire office is on top of their game. The only challenge has been to get a cost estimate for the procedure.

The office was extremely busy, however there were a few Drs. Working at the same time. Having that said the office was run efficiently. Once in, Dr Grossman did a thorough exam and then sent me for X-rays. At first I felt like she was abrupt, however after having all my info in front of her she was able to efficiently diagnose me and I left confident in her plan to move forward. I would recommend her to anyone experiencing hand issues.

I liked the doctor very much and she was very understanding and helpful. Other than that, I did not like anything else I experienced there. I was there for 2 hours, and I was forced to fill out tons of paperwork despite doing a lot online. After almost 2 hours, I asked when I would get to see the doctor. The answer I got with a smirk was "you're next". I asked what does that mean? 5 minutes? 10 minutes? another half an hour? I explained that I had another appointment that I ultimately missed, but as I was explaining that, the doctor walked in to my room.
Despite that, I would see this doctor again, however I think they really need to clean up their act and not overbook. They also need to have all this voluminous paperwork available online to minimize patients time there. Their time is not more important than their patients and getting things backed up for hours is just wrong.
