Office called to confirm that my appointment was available from ZocDoc. Front desk even went to Dr. Cheung to ask if she was taking a look into my case (elbow injury), which she then said yes. I assumed everything was confirmed and when I arrived they said that they don't work with ZocDoc and my appointment was not made with them even though they confirmed through call and text. I was forced to do walk-in instead with a PA. Overall awful experience especially with the rude staff working the front desk. I would not recommend this place, but if this is the only option call and make an appointment and don't use the website.

Stay AWAY from this office. I never even got to see Dr. Cheung, as I was approved to leave work for a 1.5hrs but spent that entire period waiting in the chaotic, overcrowded waiting room. This place was packed to the brim, I had to stand for the first 15 minutes. I couldn't even figure out how to check in as there were two seperate lines. So, I waited on TWO different lines only to write my name down on a check-in list. The woman working at the desk was extremely unfriendly. I told her I filled out most of my information on Zocdoc, to which she ignored and proceeded to give me 15 PAGES to of paperwork to fill out. Even after I spent 20 minutes filling out paperwork, I STILL had not been called. (My appointment was at 1:15PM it was now 2:30PM). Seeing that most of the people around me had been there BEFORE me, I knew I had a long while to go and unfortunately had to leave so I could get back to work. This was easily the biggest waste of time ever. STAY AWAY.

Dr.Cheung was fabulous; office staff was indifferent to my presence when i signed in- no greeting/eye contact. Although i had previously completed ALL documents the day prior to my 11/13/24 appt. through ZocDoc on 11/12 and immediately received a phone call from your office stating that “I see you’ve complete all docs on ZocDoc,you’re all good,see you tomorrow “, I then waited approx.15 minutes to be called for my appt. only to be told- “ please fill out these forms”. I informed the receptionist that i had already completed my forms through ZocDoc, she then stated that the forms “ hadn’t come through “ and i had to fill out the 10-12 pages once again,another 20 minutes of my life taken from me. After completing and submitting forms to receptionist ,again, no acknowledgement,no eye contact. Completed forms rested in front of her for another 15 minutes before i asked her if the forms needed processing before i could be seen. She then did so. My 1:15 appt turned out to be a 2pm appt. BAD

The receptionists were downright rude at worst, disinterested at best. Advocate for yourself with them. The doctor was wonderful.
