My appointment was yesterday and was seen on time without ANY COMPLAINTS. The Nurse (Meghan/Meagan) took my blood and HONESTLY it was LESS THAN A PINCH!! I am a whining
OVER-GROWN BABY when it comes to giving blood, but Nurse Meghan/Meagan DEFINITELY KNOWWWS her stuff (I was "talking up a storm" while she was doing her thing -- UNBELIEVABLE). LOVE HER!
Dr. Holifield was VERY PROFESSIONAL and addressed my issues IMMEDIATELY. It was a PLEASURE seeing a young, beautiful Black Woman.
Oh, one last compliment. It was a pleasant surprise to see a Black Man at the front desk who is THOROUGHLY COMPETENT (especially when it comes to computer skills and cordiality), There is soothing music being played on screen in the waiting room area -- VERY ZEN!
COMPLETELY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE -- Can't wait to return.'

I felt a strong lack of respect by the Dr. Separately, while I understand that an initial visit is not an in depth medical checkup, she still seemed to rush the appointment and seemed very unconcerned. However, the medical assistant who assisted me was VERY kind and personable and treated me like a human. That’s certainly more than I can say for the Dr. I also felt a coldness from other Dr’s while I was in the hallway waiting to be taken into an exam room. I won’t ever be going back to this location because of my experience in that day.

I appreciated that the wait time for my appointment was short. Overall, the experience was ok. I was a bit shocked that I was asked what my weight was instead of being asked about myself on the scale. Everything was pretty quick, but it felt impersonal and kind of rushed. I have been looking for a good primary care provider for a while, and I have yet to have an experience where I can say I felt that the quality of my care was exceptional. If you are looking to be seen quickly, this is the place for you. However, the quality time and the way each patient is treated also matters.
