Dr. Enciso has great bedside manner. She really listens to you and has great suggestions. I’m new to the area and have been look for a new PCP and I definitely found one! The wait time was a little long but she didn’t rush through our appointment or make me feel like she was strapped for time when I did see her. Wish parking was cheaper though; but nothing that De. Enciso could change.

Dr. Marcela Chacon Enciso - no other word describe her practice better than excellent. I had a new patient appointment. Dr. Marcela Chacon Enciso spent more than an hour with me, answered all my questions and showed genuine interest in my problems. She connected me to the referral service for specialty appointments needed and had the front office schedule an appointment for a procedure for me with another provider. Wow is all I can say. I don't think you will find a physician practice much better than this one. Phenomenal!

Dr. Chacon was so professional as was her assistant. I have had 2 appointments with her in the past 2 months. Each time I was seen in less than 5 minutes. Dr. Chacon went over every available option for me and my situation. She explained everything so well and even referred me to another physician for issues she could not help me with. She even called me personally a week later to see how I was doing. I would definitely refer her.

Dr. Chacon is an amazing doctor and I appreciate her office staff. Dr. Chacon has called to check on me after appointments. Her staff is responsive to all phone calls. Staff has ensured immediate appointments when needed. I have recommended Dr. Chacon to others. I am glad to have Dr. Chacon as my PCP.
