Dr. Michael Gavino is a diligent and compassionate obstetrician and gynecologist serving the Bridgeview, IL community. Dr. Gavino obtained his medical degree from the University of Illinois in Chicago. He completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Chicago Hospitals, where he served as academic chief resident.
Dr. Gavino is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is affiliated with MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn, IL. He is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologist.

Lots of MDs have lost their ability to offer great bedside care. Not this one, he was attentive, patient, and answered all of my questions. What a calm presence! And I actually felt listened to. The staff was also super helpful because they helped me track my data online and set up the portal access! Great overall visit!

My experience was amazing. No wait time. Everyone was super friendly , informative, and sympathetic. The doctor really took his time to explain things to me. The facility was also very clean and there was a lot of parking which is always a plus. Will definitely return.

I’ll admit that I was a little weary about seeing a male obgyn but I’m glad I took the change with Dr. Gavino. He made me feel really comfortable, let me know everything he was doing. He was very informative and pleasant. The wait was not long at all. I was very happy with my visit and would most definitely recommend him.

The office was very nice, the woman at the check- in desk was attentive and kind. I liked that they didn't have me put on a gown for the appointment so I could talk to the doctor dressed. The medical assistant was nice. Dr. Gavino, was a nice doctor he explained everything that was going on very well, answered questions and set a plan for next steps and follow up. I like that the office embraces technology. I also really like that they have weekend hours, this is really helpful. I did feel like the doctor rushed a few of my questions saying we can talk about them in the future instead of answering them. I will most likely continue to see Dr. Gavino.
