About Dr. Tamir Meishar
Tamir Meishar is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He began his healthcare journey with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas San Antonio and spent four years as a registered nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and home health settings.
Tamir brings a deep passion for pediatric primary care, with a special focus on preventive medicine, growth and development, and empowering families to support their children’s health. He is especially committed to early intervention and guiding families through developmental milestones and challenges.
Outside of work, Tamir leads an active lifestyle and enjoys basketball, biking, soccer, football, volleyball, surfing, yoga, and hiking. He’s also a devoted reader and loves spending time with family and friends.
