I’ve been coming to her for the last year, every time we came she said my throat/tonsils look fine, I’m still experiencing pain on one side along with these spots that show up behind my tonsil, she claimed I was looking up stuff online to try and diagnose myself, as well as claiming I had a anxiety problems which I already see a doctor for, I wanted to cry because the way she talked to me it felt like I wasn’t heard, my issues were not heard instead she insisted I see my therapist which is not why I was there. I feel like if you have any issue a doctor should address everything, like why am I having pain on one side, and why are these white spots behind my tonsil occurring, she said she didn’t see anything, but everytime I look in the mirror I see what I’m talking about, would not recommend going here, she makes me not want to see doctors, my obgyn is the only good doctor I have.

For the past 3 days Ku ese has been clogged and I wan on my way to the U.K. For five weeks … I had tried candling ..3 times !!! And my ear was t s still clogged .. Michelle used a vacuum and some tool and in seconds had me hearing again !!!! Amazing !!! She was kind and effficent abd made my day …

I had a great experience with Michelle, however I will not be returning. Upon checking in for my appointment I was just then notified that I would be charged a facility fee in addition to my copay, as it is “standard procedure” for Loyola. With how expensive healthcare already is, I refuse to regularly pay a facility fee just for a 5 minute appointment.

I was very nervous coming into the office, but NP Adichithara had a great bedside manner and was kind enough to talk me through the diagnosis and procedure. By the time she started I felt very at ease! I would strongly and gladly recommend her for any ENT service!

Thanks to her exam we found out my daughter had severe sleep apnea and need her tonsils out. We had questions after I left and she spent time answering them and called my back right away.
