Getting to know Elizabeth Peduzzi

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, my goal is to help you feel respected and create a safe environment where you can share whatever you need during therapy. It is my intention to empower you, strengthen your individuality, and help reinforce your belief in your great worth and your ability to overcome traumatic events and memories. We are more than the thoughts we feel ashamed of, more than the worst moments of our lives, and much more than our mistakes. In my practice, I deeply respect the courage it takes to be vulnerable, honest, and open to new ways of thinking. This provider has a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule an appointment within 48 hours of the appointment time, you may incur a cancellation fee.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with adults on issues such as self-esteem, relationships, trauma, depression, anxiety, and addiction. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and I am trained as an Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapist. EMDR is an alternative method to talk-therapy that has been proven to be effective in resolving Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Life can be messy; it's okay to feel lost, stuck in a rut, or starting over. I appreciate the courage it takes to ask for help and invite someone into your fears and perceived flaws. If you would like to schedule an appointment or ask questions about therapy, please contact me. I'm honored to be invited to share in your healing process. Let change begin! Call (833)-274-heal

More information on payments and coverage

The cost of each therapy session can vary depending on your specific insurance plan, benefits, and coverage. To determine the exact amount you’ll be paying per session, we recommend taking the following steps: 1. Contact us with your insurance card: Please get in touch with our team at (833)-274-heal and provide your insurance card details. We can assist you in verifying your benefits and estimating the cost of your therapy sessions. NOTE: If you submitted your insurance information online, you are still required to get in touch with our care team to confirm your appointment. You have to agree with the copay if applicable or your appointment will not be confirmed. 2. Contact your insurance directly: Alternatively, you can reach out to your insurance company directly. Contact the member services number provided on the back of your insurance card and inquire about your ‘mental health, outpatient, office visit’ benefits. They can provide you with details on your coverage and any associated costs. By taking these steps, you’ll have a clear understanding of the amount you’ll be paying for each therapy session based on your insurance coverage. We’re here to support you throughout this process and ensure you have all the information you need for a smooth therapy experience. If you do not have insurance, you can pay the regular fees: - $192.50 for the initial session - $165 for succeeding sessions

She is wonderful! If YOU put in the work and listen to her advise you can over come anything. Bella is amazing in every way.
Our sessions have been very helpful and I have seen a great improvement in the areas I originally sought out therapy for.
Bella is a great listener and gives the best advice. I always feel so calm after our sessions.
I dont know. I feel like her response to talking abt struggles in my life was to get weirdly philosophical. Like she assured me that as a homeless person has value, so do I. Weirdest pep talk of my life. And she assured me I shouldn't feel bad abt not being married and having kids (I never said I felt that way). I didn't leave with any solutions or feel like I was being heard or validated. She has a septum ring so I was really on board to vibing with her too :(

Very sympathetic and easy going! She made me feel safe, appreciated and hopeful. At the root of it, she is very kind and I would already recommend her to anyone seeking therapy!
