What is your typical process for working with clients?
I operate from a person-centered, Psychodynamic, and strength-based approach, drawing on my expertise in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). These would provide you with comprehensive, tailored care for your mental health needs. You will be supported by a rich blend of my therapeutic approaches.

NOTE: If you submitted your insurance information online, you are still required to get in touch with our care team to confirm your appointment. You have to agree with the copay if applicable or your appointment will not be confirmed.

Alternatively, you can reach out to your insurance company directly. Contact the member services number provided on the back of your insurance card and inquire about your ‘mental health, outpatient, office visit’ benefits. They can provide you with details on your coverage and any associated costs.

This clinic does not seem to be aware of what insurance their providers accept not if the providers are even accepting new patients. I would triple check before scheduling your appointment so that you don't waste your time. It's crazy that even "after" the appointment, zocdoc is still requesting a review.
