IMPORTANT: To better accommodate your scheduling needs and offer more appointment times, you may be assigned to a qualified resource provider or Therapist Associate within our team. Rest assured, all our resource providers are highly trained and committed to delivering the same high standard of care as your primary provider of choice. If you have any preferences or concerns, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate them. This provider has a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule an appointment within 48 hours of the appointment time, you may incur a cancellation fee.

Experience dedicated assistance, focusing on relationship issues, self-esteem, & anxiety. I provide individualized therapies tailored to your unique challenges, drawing from evidence-based practices. Together, we’ll work to enhance your emotional health & empower you to overcome these issues, fostering happier, healthier relationships & self-confidence.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I utilize CBT, DBT, solution-focused, and person-centered therapies. In your sessions, we'll work collaboratively to address your unique needs and empower you with effective strategies for personal growth and emotional health. Mariah is supervising providers and you may be scheduled with them instead.

To determine the exact amount you’ll be paying per session, we recommend taking the following steps: 1. Contact the member services number provided on the back of your insurance card and inquire about your ‘mental health, outpatient, office visit’ benefits. They can provide you with details on your coverage and any associated costs. By taking these steps, you’ll have a clear understanding of the amount you’ll be paying for each therapy session based on your insurance coverage. We’re here to support you throughout this process and ensure you have all the information you need for a smooth therapy experience. If you do not have insurance, you can pay the regular fees: - $192.50 for the initial session - $165 for succeeding sessions
