“Dr. Toloff was great. I was setting up a primary care doctor, so it was my first time meeting him. I was nervous, you never know how the doctor will be, especially as a plus size patient. But Dr. Toloff was great! He was kind and genuinely listened to all of my concerns. He didn’t rush the appointment and really seemed to care about getting me the help I need. Dr. Toloff was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He had great recommendations for any non-PCP related issues and listened to all of my concerns, treating them all with equal importance. He follows up promptly with tests and messages through MyChart and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a competent and welcoming provider. The staff was also very helpful and informative, making sure that my husband's MyChart account was setup properly before we left and also seeing us very quickly after our arrival. This was probably the best experience I have had with an office from start to finish.

Excellent bedside manner. Dr. Toloff reviewed my history prior to meeting me and was aware of other recent medical visits I had with other providers so we didn't need to spend time repeating things. He reviewed lab work that was previously done and gave me options for care. He asked me questions and didn't just "assume" my answers. Very thoughtful and knowledgeable provider. The visit was not rushed at all and I had multiple opportunities to ask questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Toloff.

I've been looking for a new primary doctor and I think I found him! Dr Alex Toloff listened to all my concerns and questions and was a pleasure to meet. I did not feel rushed and I felt he truly wanted to help me. The office was without power to due a storm, but the staff was great at working around my appointment instead of canceling. Wonderful experience all the way around.
