Dr. Ashraf Abdullah received his medical degree from Bhagalpur Medical College & Hospital, India in 1980. He maintained a private practice in internal medicine in Bihar, India for several years and served as Civil Assistant Surgeon in State Government. Dr. Abdullah began his medical training in the United States in 1989. He completed his residency training in internal medicine at Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, NY and practiced as an internist at the Port Richey Medical Center in Port Richey, FL. Dr. Abdullah came to the Lansing area in 1995, where he served as staff physician at the Blue Care Network Family Health Center. Dr. Abdullah received his American Board of Internal Medicine Certification in 1996 and re-certified in 2006.

Terrible experience. The doctor didn’t make eye contact, didn’t listen, and ordered random labs for no reason even though I already had recent labs. My visit was supposed to be something totally different, but nothing relevant was done and my chart/visit summary even includes things I never mentioned to him. Felt rushed, unprofessional, and not helpful at all. Very confused on some of the things he claimed I mentioned on the visit summary. I notice most doctors have been relying on chatGPT, maybe ChatGPT recommended for him to order labs because I’m not sure why when I came something similar to a physical
