office staff is incompetent or untrained or both. scheduled a follow up during my first visit. when I came back for the appointment, they said the doctor was out. when I asked why I had an appointment scheduled they had no answer but to schedule a new appointment. their "soonest" opening is 3 months away. We'll after the doc asked me to follow up. wtf.

Dr Pohl is friendly and professional. Unfortunately Zocdoc allowed me to make an appointment at a time when the office was not open. I had to reschedule a couple days later. I am very satisfied with Dr Pohl, not so much with Zocdoc.

This was my first time at the office and my experience was great. The staff were all very nice and they got me into my appointment so fast. Dr. Pohl was very efficient and answered all of my questions/addressed all of my issues. I get nervous going to new places or meeting new people, but everyone made me feel very comfortable and welcome.
