Great experience! The front desk staff knew every patient that came in by name without even looking at their computer, I was checked in right away and brought into a room within a few minutes. Sameerah Shareef was wonderful. Not once did I feel rushed or made to feel like I was a burden or was taking up too much time. She sat and listened to what I had to say, she asked questions to get to know me and was just genuinely fully engaged during the appointment. Doctors like this make such a difference in seeking medical care and make you feel respected, and that they actually care about your health and well being vs just being another task to complete on their day.
