I had a very disappointing experience at MD Star Health with Dr. Mimi Yue Wu Young’s VA office. My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM, and I arrived on time after driving 1 hour and 40 minutes. I was not seen until much later—a resident came in at 2:42 PM for preliminary questions, followed by a nurse at 3:20 PM. By 3:39 PM, I had still not seen the doctor and decided to leave. I understand there were technical issues earlier with power and limited computer access, but the lack of communication and excessive wait time was unacceptable—especially given the distance I traveled. I informed the staff that the doctor could call me if she was still interested in seeing me, but I have not received any follow-up. Overall, this experience felt very unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time.
