They were clearly overbooked and understaffed. Waited over an hour past my appt time to be seen. Seemed a bunch of the staff were still in training (Front Desk & MA). They only had 1 or 2 exam rooms. Didn’t actually see a Dr. On a positive note, the MA & PA were very nice and helpful.

I booked an appointment for 9:05. I walked to the office and the door was locked/nobody was there. Is the morning staff coming in late? The office had holiday hours on the window, yet nobody was there. The ZocDoc calendar appears to be out of sync with the actual calendar.

My visit was amazing and knowledgeable. Dr. Andie Spadaccini explained to me everything that she could help me with. I felt comfortable with every aspect of my examination. The receptionist Mikayala was also amazing and helped the process go smooth with her beautiful laugh.

I scheduled my appt for 10:30, but was feeling so bad I arrived much earlier. Nevertheless, the staff accommodated me, took my vitals, and administered a number of tests and I met with the doctor a short while later. Everyone was professional, courteous, and friendly.

She is a really good practitioner, she listened to my concerns, and explained everything really well. She knew about my condition - Ehlers Danlos, which doesn’t happen often. All the staff is great. Facilities are very comfortable and clean. They are really easy to adjust schedule needs.
