About Dr. Joan Sisto
Joan Skinner Sisto MD attended Albert Einstein College of Medicine and graduated with top honors as a member of Alpha Omega Alpha society. She completed a residency in Dermatology at Montifiore Medical Center in NYC where she was elected Chief Resident during her final year. She is board-certified and a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery. Dr Sisto has participated in Medical missions in Hondoras and is active locally by volunteering at Families First Health Services, numerous free skin cancer screenings, and giving lectures at local hospitals addressing Dermatologic side effects experienced by cancer patients receiving chemotherapy. She also has happily cooked and served dinner once a month at the Portsmouth Salvation Army soup kitchen for the last fifteen years.

If you need to see a dermatologist, I highly recommend Dr. Sisto. She is so efficient and makes sure you're ready for the appointment. She has a list of things to do: list Rxs, OTC medicines/supplements. Nothing is left to chance. I left with a regimen to follow to clear up a dry skin condition. We will meet again in 3 weeks for a follow-up. Very satisfied. Feeling confident in the decision to work with Dr. Sisto.

Northeast Dermatology is a lot better than Seacoast Dermatology. I've used both and I would highly recommend Northeast Dermatology. The staff seems to be a lot happier there and Dr. Sisto is great.
