About Dr. Anthony Aversa
Dr. Anthony Aversa was born and raised in northeastern Pennsylvania. After graduating high school in 1973 he was accepted into a 6 year BS/MD program and graduated both Wilkes University and Hahnemann Medical University in 1979. He then trained as a resident in Internal Medicine at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ. This was followed by a Dermatology residency at Geisirger Medical Center in Danville, PA. After completing his Dermatology training in 1984, he and his wife Colleen opened a Dermatology Practice in Concord, NH. In addition to his private practice, he proudly served as the Dermatology consultant for the N.H. State Prison system, the N.H. State Hospital and the Merrimack, Belknap and Carroll County Nursing Homes. He joined NEDA in 2017 and continues to work in their Concord office.

I would go back. I always get quick and great care when I go to NEDA. I’m not interested in spending a lot of time in doctors offices so when I have healthcare providers that don’t waste my time, well I’m happy with that.

Doc explained what was the biology associated with the issue and what the treatment would do and side effects to watch for and how to handle. friendly and took the time needed. It was not assembly line.

Dr Aversa was great. He was thorough and gave us the diagnosis and detailed instructions. He and Marley went out of their way to be helpful. Very glad to find Dr Aversa and will definitely be back if needed!

Things were very different when Dr. Aversa had his own practice. He seemed more personable and relaxed. Staff was welcoming, friendly and always helpful. The office was always clean.
At this appointment, I can't remember anyone introducing themselves. Things felt rushed. The restroom didn't have any soap; there was paper all over the floor. Disappointing.
