Sarah specializes in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Her experience includes working with individuals facing addictions, developmental disabilities, borderline personality disorder, autism, anxiety, depression, and suicidal thinking. She has worked with adolescents, transition-aged youth, adults, and families in both outpatient and school settings. Sarah has facilitated connections with community-based resources, collaborated with interdisciplinary teams, navigated systems, and managed crises. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix and continued her education at the University of Southern California, where she obtained a Master's in Social Work, focusing on mental health and military families.
