Dr. Basak is and has been an amazing Primary Care Provider over the many years that I’ve seen him! He’s a Great listener who an actually cares and is looking at you and not down at a laptop the whole time. I’ve never had an issue with him as a PCP since my first visit with him. Helping me deal with a list of severe injuries from an accident at work, when a Co-Worker(Friend) was using the overhead crane while SEVERELY Impaired.
*End Result(W/ My Hard hat on)- “7-9hr Surgery” multiple Titanium Plates, & Titanium Mesh were used to hold together Over 7 Facial Fractures/Brakes, Shattered Sinuses.
• TBI, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Memory, Equilibrium, Severe Chronic Pain Every day.
For a Dr to help get me thru that deserves AT LEAST 5 STARS!

I only waited less than 10 minutes in waiting room. They called in a prescription for me. They took blood which was more difficult then normal but I appreciated the fact that they called with results the next day

This was my first visit to Dr. Basak. As someone who does not look forward to seeing the doctor and in fact will go out of the way to avoid seeing one I can say that everything about the visit with him was fantastic. From his staff to his genuine caring about his patients you can tell he is a Doctor that is in it for the right reasons.
He listened to my concerns, was genuine, and gave me options of treatment, with his professional opinion, he is definitely not a "just throw this pill at it" doctor.
I have already recommended him to my friend who is looking for a new doctor and will continue to do so!
