My name is Rachel Noel and I am ready to help you discover your true potential through optimal mental and emotional health. I am a dual-board certified Psychiatric and Family/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with over twenty years of clinical experience. My background includes extensive work in both inpatient hospital settings as well as outpatient clinics, with specialized focus on psychiatry, medication management, and supportive therapy. As founder of Goldstein Caring Hands LLC, I provide compassionate mental healthcare,grounded in honest communication and targeted, collaborative problem-solving. I am fluent in Haitian Creole and English, in addition to having experience working across the age span-from adolescents to seniors. My expertise covers a wide range of conditions including Anxiety, Depression and Mood Disorders, Psychosis, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, Substance Use Disorders, and sleep disorders. You can expect individualized, non-judgmental psychiatric care when engaging in service with me. I utilize various strategies including psychoeducation, medication management, when appropriate, and evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, Gestalt, and Existential therapies—choosing the most effective modality for my clients’ unique needs. My goal is to help patients achieve overall wellness, attain stability, and create balance in their lives.
