I booked this app through ZocDoc. I provided my insurance to confirm this doctor was in my network. However, after the appointment I was charged the full amount. I also had a horrible experience with the doctor I was assigned. She was very off putting, judgemental, I did not feel like she was listening to what I was saying I had to repeat a lot of things. I had to get very vulnerable with her and provided ample amount of info. At the end she said I did not provide enough info for her to prescribe me the medicine I need. That we needed a follow up in 2 weeks. I wasted an hour of my time and paid full price for an app that did not help me at all. I now will have to find a new doctor on my own and will not be using ZocDoc as it was a waste of my time.
