About Dr. Moiz Manaqib
Moiz Manaqib, M.D., is a fellowship-trained sports medicine specialist who practices both surgical and nonsurgical management of athletic injuries, including open and arthroscopic treatment of shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, and ankle pathology. He earned his Doctor of Medicine and completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, followed by a residency in Orthopedic Surgical Oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Dr. Manaqib further specialized with a fellowship in Orthopedic Sports Medicine at Tufts University, New England Baptist Hospital.
Dr. Manaqib has previously served as assistant team physician for the NBA’s Boston Celtics, Mount Ida College football, and Princeton University football, gaining extensive experience treating patients from professional to amateur levels. He has written and lectured on a variety of orthopedic and sports medicine topics, including ACL reconstruction, microfracture, and arthroscopic hip surgery. His focus remains on evidence-based medicine and providing best practice treatments for his patients.

Only the front desk staff and the woman who did the X-ray other than that, it was not a nice visit most of the workers were not there due to the Christmas holiday, and only had the leftovers who could not care less

I had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Manaqib , and I am extremely grateful for the care I received. Dr. Manaqib was not only knowledgeable but also compassionate and patient in answering all of my questions. His thorough explanation of my diagnosis and the available treatment options made me feel confident in the course of action we chose.
I never felt rushed during my appointment with Dr. Manaqib he made sure to involve me in every decision regarding my care.
The office staff was also professional, and the environment was welcoming and efficient. Overall, my experience with Dr. Manaqib was positive, and I highly recommend him for anyone seeking an orthopedic care.
The PA was amazing as well. Friendly and knowledgeable. He also made me feel comfortable when he was doing my initial, to when he drained my knee.

I was looking for a Dr. who specializes in both hips and shoulders, Dr. Manaqib met that criteria. He was knowledgable, attentive to my questions, studied the MRI and x-rays and then gave me a physical exam relating to both my shoulder and hip, he explained very clearly in layman's terms what my options were, how we could treat it conservatively and recommended my seeing a specialist for one of my problems, he was caring, professional and very kind. I would recommend him highly!

I can say from the bottom of my heart. This doctor is THE best. He operated on me 6 weeks ago. For over a year and half prior to seeing him , everyday I was in excruciating pain and was unable to get the care i needed. Dr manaqib went above and beyond since the day I walked into his office. I thought my life was over until he operated on me. Thank you thank you for fixing my shoulder and giving me another chance at doing what I love in life.
