Getting to know Linzi Leighton

When booking your appointment, please use the full name as written on your insurance card. Linzi Leighton received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University in 2005. She went on to complete her nursing program at Vanderbilt University and earned her Master of Science in Nursing in 2012. She is a board-certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Prior to obtaining her nursing degree, Linzi worked for four years in case management at a community mental health clinic in Phoenix, AZ. Linzi is a member of The American Psychiatric Nurses Association, American Nurses Association, Texas Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau International. She is also a board member of the Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurses of Houston. Linzi performs diagnostic evaluations, collaborating with Dr. White on a plan of care to meet the specific needs of the patient, and provides medication management for adolescents and adults with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, ADHD, and schizophrenia.

I've been going to Dr. White's office of LifeStance Health for many years now. The office staff are so lovely, they're so welcoming and helpful. I see Linzi Leighton, she does exceptionally well with my diagnosis and treatment plan. She's very personable and very caring. She really listens and gets to the root of the problem. Great advice on breathing techniques really help. I've made great improvements (aside from going thru anticipatory grief with a family member). Very responsive to my questions or concerns I may have, thru they're messaging system. She also does very well with my autistic adult son. Rapid responses on medication refills. I would definitely recommend Dr. White's office of LifeStance Health off I-10 & Bingle.
I have been going to this place Since 2013. Lindsay and Dr White are extraordinarily professional and caring deeply about what’s going on with your mental health. Not a place that moves us through like cattle and collect our co-pay like your Every day doctors do. Here you are a person, a name, and illness, not patient number XYZ. Lindzi Is more than A doctor but a true true person that cares for my families well-being, and works tirelessly to get us what we need. I recommend them wholeheartedly. And I never recommend people for anything. You cannot go wrong. Going to see these folks. Good luck to you with your health well-being.
I have been seeing Linzi for 12 years and have been going to LIFESTANCE health for almost 10 years and I do not recommend any other psychiatrist. The staff is amazing, the nurse practitioners are amazing, Dr. White is also amazing. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my mental health other than lifestance health. They’re quick, but not rushy, I never feel like I’m getting in and out. They take the time to express all my concerns and issues and they’re always there when I need them via phone call or email in between appointments. If I could give 10 stars I would.
Linzi Leighton is absolutely amazing. Dr. White is as well. I have seen Lindsey regularly for about 6 years now, every time greeted with a smile on her face, and she is always listening to my concerns and genuinely cares how myself and family are doing. I moved cities and still requested to continue seeing her virtually because my experience is always 5 star!
