Dr. Tribendis is certified in Active Release Technique (ART) and dry needling, utilizing a hands-on, movement-based approach to treat soft tissue injuries, restore function, and optimize performance. A 30-time Ironman triathlon finisher, Dr. Tribendis understands firsthand the physical and mental demands of high-level endurance sport. Dr. Tribendis is a tremendous chiropractor. He treats his patients with care and is very approachable. He makes you feel like you are the only patient he has to treat that day. I appreciate a physician like that, who takes the time to break down your treatment plan & does an excellent job of keeping you motivated to successfully achieve your therapy goals. If a family member asked me who they should treat with, I would recommend Dr. Ron every time!
Dr. Tribendis is my go to for a chiropractor. I have chronic issues with my right hip and right shoulder and wrist, and he usually is able to get it fixed up within a few visits which a combination of different techniques. Most chiropractors will do the usual pop pop and send you on your way but he will adjust you, work on the muscles and do dry needling to break up stubborn knots. He is amazing.
