About Dr. Cameron Blake Hubbard
Dr. Blake Hubbard is a physical therapist passionate about providing high-quality, individualized care to each patient he serves. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Central Arkansas before completing his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at UNT Health Science Center. He is currently completing an orthopedic residency program through the Institute for Athlete Regeneration, where he is further developing his clinical expertise in sports and orthopedic rehabilitation.
Dr. Hubbard has experience working with athletes and active individuals across a wide range of sports and competition levels. His background as a collegiate baseball player helped spark his interest in the rehabilitation of rotational and overhead athletes, as well as common lower-extremity injuries. That experience has also given him a strong appreciation for both the physical and mental demands patients face when returning to sport, activity, or daily life.
His goal as a physical therapist is to create holistic, patient-centered plans of care that integrate strength and conditioning principles while prioritizing patient education. He strives to help each patient return to their sport or highest possible level of function with confidence.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Hubbard enjoys working out, spending time with family and friends, watching sports, and traveling.

Blake was amazing. Came in with shoulder pain and he was able to treat it thoroughly & give me same day relif as well. He was very professional & detail oriented, would highly recommend.
