Really loved Dr. O’Connor Perla! She was so kind, attentive, & knowledgeable. Listened to all my concerns, understood & believed me, and was gentle with her exam. She did a thorough work up & gave me referrals I needed without hesitation. As a disabled patient with multiple chronic illnesses and medical trauma, I’m very grateful for such a positive experience with her. She also masked which I REALLY appreciated as an immunocompromised person with long COVID. I wish the rest of the staff would mask but thankful she & the technician who took my blood did. Super excited to call her my new PCP!
Dr. Karen is a great doctor. You can tell she really cares. She makes eye contact, offers empathy, and wants to put in time and effort to figure out what is best for your health. The office staff is also very friendly and wait time was very short. 10/10 recommend!
